I recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. If you need a session sooner, feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you!

To officially book your session, a your paid session fee and signed contract are required. This secures your date on my calendar and ensures a seamless experience from planning to delivery.

During your reveal appointment, we’ll go through your favorite portraits together. I offer a variety of artwork options, including small prints, albums, and statement wall art. For the best value, I also offer curated collections designed to beautifully showcase your images.

Yes! I understand that custom artwork is an investment, so I offer flexible payment plans to make it more accessible. We can discuss payment options during your ordering session.

Once we’ve crafted a vision for your session, I’ll provide a personalized guide to help prepare your horse and pets. This plan will include grooming and action steps to best set them up for success in your session!

If the weather isn’t ideal for your session, I’ll reach out to discuss the best course of action. If I believe the conditions will affect the quality of your portraits, I’m more than happy to reschedule to ensure you get the best possible results.

During our planning session, I’ll tailor the entire experience to you and your furry friends! From wardrobe guidance to statement pieces from my client closet, I’ll help you choose the perfect look—whether it’s something you already own or a new piece you love. My goal is to make sure you feel confident, empowered, and every bit the badass you are!

I offer travel portraits outside of New York State! Travel costs are included for most sessions in and around Western New York, while fees for other locations vary based on my schedule.
Want to waive your travel fee? If five or more sessions are booked in your area (within the U.S.), I’ll travel at no additional cost! Share Jamie Pankow Photography with friends and family to make it happen.
